Deleting Commissions on a Contract

If a commission or commission structure was applied to a contract in error, it can be deleted from the contract. Scroll to the Commissions section on the appropriate contract details page, click the micromenu to the right of the commission and select Delete. Because deleting a commission is permanent and cannot be undone, a confirmation message will appear. Click Confirm to delete the commission.

To simultaneously remove all of the commissions in a commission structure (for example, if both a base commission and a bonus were applied), click the trashcan icon to the right of the agent’s name. Confirm you wish to destroy the entire commission structure by typing DESTROY STRUCTURE and clicking Delete.
