[Juniper by Spark](https://knowledge.spark.re/juniper-by-spark?hsLang=en) # How to Mass-Configure Key Pickups (Juniper) ## Use the Key Pickup Configuration tool to add key pickup instructions to many suites at once. This saves time and keeps details consistent across all units in your property. ### Before you begin - Confirm you have access to the correct property in Juniper. - Gather the details you want to apply to the key pickup forms - these should be generic details, not suite-specific items such as key fob serial numbers, which need to be added to each unit individually. ### Steps 1. Go to **Properties** in the navigation panel. 2. Select the property you want to update. 3. Open the **Quick Actions** menu and choose **Configure Key Pickups**. 4. Review the banner at the top to see how many suites are available for configuration. - **Note:** Some suites may be disabled if their key pickup is already completed. 5. In the *Key Pickup Instructions* section, enter and format the instructions the homeowner will see. 6. Add additional details as needed: - Click **Add Details** in the *Additional Details* section. - Enter a **Field label** (example: # of Visitor Parking Passes). - Enter a **Description or value** (example: 1). 7. Choose the suites to update. - Use **Select All** to include all available suites. 8. Select **Configure Key Pickups** to apply your changes. 9. Review the summary confirming which suites were updated and what changed. ### What you can configure   | **Field** | **Purpose** | **Tips** | | --- | --- | --- | | **Key Pickup Instructions** | Important information for each homeowner to be aware of. | Keep it short and use formatting to highlight just the most important things for the new homeowner to know. | | **Additional Details** | Extra fields to display alongside the instructions. | Use clear labels. Add quantities where helpful, such as number of parking passes or fobs. | | **Suite Selection** | The list of suites to apply your changes to. | Select individual units or **Select All** to speed up bulk updates. |   ### Tips - If details differ by floor or building, configure those suites in separate batches. - After configuration, spot‑check a few suites to confirm the right info appears. ### Troubleshooting - **A suite is disabled:** Its key pickup is already completed. -
