How to Mass-Configure Key Pickups (Juniper)

Confirm you have access to the correct property in Juniper.
Gather the details you want to apply to the key pickup forms - these should be generic details, not suite-specific items such as key fob serial numbers, which need to be added to each unit individually.

Go to Properties in the navigation panel.
Select the property you want to update.
Open the Quick Actions menu and choose Configure Key Pickups.
Review the banner at the top to see how many suites are available for configuration.
- Note: Some suites may be disabled if their key pickup is already completed.
In the Key Pickup Instructions section, enter and format the instructions the homeowner will see.
Add additional details as needed:
- Click Add Details in the Additional Details section.
- Enter a Field label (example: # of Visitor Parking Passes).
- Enter a Description or value (example: 1).
Choose the suites to update.
- Use Select All to include all available suites.
Select Configure Key Pickups to apply your changes.
Review the summary confirming which suites were updated and what changed.

Field	Purpose	Tips
Key Pickup Instructions	Important information for each homeowner to be aware of.	Keep it short and use formatting to highlight just the most important things for the new homeowner to know.
Additional Details	Extra fields to display alongside the instructions.	Use clear labels. Add quantities where helpful, such as number of parking passes or fobs.
Suite Selection	The list of suites to apply your changes to.	Select individual units or Select All to speed up bulk updates.

If details differ by floor or building, configure those suites in separate batches.
After configuration, spot‑check a few suites to confirm the right info appears.

A suite is disabled: Its key pickup is already completed.
I need to update instructions later: Open Configure Key Pickups again and repeat the steps for the affected suites.
