Resetting Your Password

Note: Only follow these steps if you have confirmed your account by setting a password and previously logged in to Spark. If you are a new Spark user or have not confirmed your account, see Confirming Your Spark Account.

From time to time, you may need to reset your password for security reasons or to troubleshoot login issues. Here's how:

1. Verify Your Email Address

Ensure that you are using the correct email address associated with your Spark account. If you are unsure, check with the person who manages Spark users for your team to confirm the email address you should be using.

2. Request a Password Reset

If you are using the correct email address but still cannot login, initiate a password reset:

  • Go to the app.spark.re/login.
  • Click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
  • Enter your confirmed email address and follow the instructions sent to your email.

3. Check Your Email

After requesting a password reset, check your email inbox for the reset link. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered incorrectly.

4. Click the Reset Link

Click the reset link in your email and follow the prompts to enter and save a new password.

5. Contact Support

If you do not receive the password reset email or continue to experience issues:

  • Email support@spark.re for assistance.
  • Provide them with your email address and any relevant details about your account.
