Spark doesn’t currently support adding attachments directly to an email template, but hosted files can be linked.
First, see Files to learn how to upload your desired attachment to Spark and copy its link. Alternatively, you could host a file elsewhere as long as you have the link to it.
Next, add the link to a new or existing email template, either by inserting a button section or by inserting it as a text-based link. You can also associate the link with an image if you prefer. See Email Template Tips for more information about adding links to buttons and images.
Be sure to remember that if you update or remove the file, you will also need to update the link in your email template.
If you have an email address integrated with your account, you can choose an email template when composing an email and add an attachment (from your computer, from the Files section, or from the Floorplans section) to the email. This method can be used for sending emails to individuals, but cannot be used to send a campaign.
