Adding/Editing Credits on a Contract


Contract Credits are amounts that are subtracted from the price of the contract after taxes have been applied. If the amount should be subtracted before taxes, use a Unit Discount instead.

 

If adding credits is not a step in the contract step process, or if a credit must be added to an individual contract at a later time, navigate to the appropriate contract details page and scroll to the Credits section.


Add_Credit_HR

To add a new one-off credit, click + Credit. Enter a descriptive name and use the dropdown list to specify whether the credit is a fixed or percentage amount. Finally, enter the credit amount and click Apply to save it.


To add a new credit structure, click Credit Structure. Use the dropdown list to select the appropriate structure and click Apply to save it.


To remove a one off credit or credit structure, click the trashcan icon to its right and confirm you wish to irreversibly delete the credit/credit structure.
