If a deposit structure was not added at contract creation (for example, if your project does not have a contract step process in place) or to add a one-off deposit (such as a non-refundable upgrade deposit), navigate to the appropriate contract details page and scroll to the Deposits section.
To add a new deposit structure, click the Deposit Structure button then select the appropriate structure from the drop-down list. Review the deposit details, select any team members who should receive a reminder about upcoming deposits, and click Apply.
To add a new single deposit, click + Deposit. Enter a deposit name and description, then define the payment amount. This can be a fixed amount, a percentage amount or a combination of both. Next, add the payment terms (including due date) as a percentage term, fixed amount or combination. Select any team members who should receive a reminder about the deposit and click Save Deposit.
