Adding/Editing Unit Discounts on a Contract

 

If adding discounts is not a step in the contract step process, or if a discount must be added to an individual contract at a later time, navigate to the appropriate contract details page and scroll to the Unit Discounts section.



Add_Unit_Discount_HR


To add a new one-off discount, click + Discount. Enter a descriptive name and use the dropdown list to specify whether the discount is a fixed or percentage amount. Finally, enter the discount amount and click Apply to save it.

 

To add a new discount structure, click Discount Structure. Use the dropdown list to select the appropriate structure and click Apply to save it.
