Adding/Editing Unit Taxes on a Contract

It is best practice to create a tax structure prior to the commencement of project sales and automatically include it on all contracts, but if a tax structure must be added to or removed from an individual contract, navigate to its details page and scroll to the Unit Taxes section.

To add a tax structure, click Tax Structure and select the appropriate structure from the dropdown list. Click Apply to save the new tax structure.

To remove a tax structure, click the trashcan icon to the right of the structure and acknowledge that you want to irreversibly delete the structure by clicking confirm.
