Company Setup Guide

Use the list below to help you set up your new company on Spark.

There are a few company level things you should set up before your team starts using Spark. 

(Administrator access to the Company Dashboard required)

  • Custom Fields
    Add company-level contact fields that every project will use. For fields that apply to only one project, create them at the project level instead.

  • Contact Settings
    Set your organization’s registration sources and choose whether contact notes are shared across projects.

  • Email Sync Setup
    Specify any email addresses or domains Spark should always ignore, and turn email-sync access on or off for individual users.

Be sure to start all of the above from your company-level dashboard. You will know you are on the company-level dashboard when your company name is displayed in all-caps at the centre top of your page and you see a map with a list of your projects. If you do not see this page, click the project name displayed at the centre top of your page and click on your company name.
