Contact Profile

A contact profile displays all of the information associated with that contact, organized into widgets for easy reference. View contact rating, tags, demographics, interactions, notes, Q&A, events and more!

There are many ways to find a contact profile – use the advanced search function, search the contact list, find them in a group or on a contract, etc. Any time you see a contact’s name within Spark, click on it to open their profile.

The contact’s name, any associated tags, rating and demographics are displayed at the top of the contact profile with the following sections beneath.

 

 

Section Description
Interactions

All recorded interactions with the contact, broken down by type and number. Click on the interaction type to view all a list of all of those interactions, and click on an interaction to view its details. To log a new interaction, click the Interaction button at the top right of the widget. To edit or delete the interaction click the micromenu to the right of the interaction.

 

Notes

All recorded notes made about the contact. Click on a note to view its full text and details. To add a new note, click the Note button at the top right of the widget. To edit or delete a note, click the micromenu to the right of the note.

 

Q&A

A list of all the project questions that have been answered for the contact. Click on the question to view the answer. To open the questionnaire to edit answers or add additional answers, click the Answer button at the top right of the widget. To delete an answer, click the trash can icon to the right of the answer.

 

Events

A record of RSVP events, past calendar events, upcoming events and overdue events for the contact. Click on the category to view its associated events, and click on an individual event to view its details. To apply a new follow-up schedule, click the Follow-up button at the top right of the widget. To add a new event, click the + Event button. To edit or delete an event, click the micromenu to the right of the event.

 

Inventory

Displays inventory that has been assigned to the contact (interested) and inventory that has been sold to the contact, if any. To record that a contact is interested in a particular inventory unit, click the Inventory button at the top right of the widget. If a contact is no longer interested in a particular inventory unit, click the micromenu to the right of the unit to unassign it.

 

Floorplans

Displays floorplans that have been assigned to the contact (interested) and which floorplans the contact purchased, if applicable. To record that a contact is interested in a floorplan, click the Floorplan button at the top right of the widget. If a contact is no longer interested in a particular floorplan, click the micromenu to the right of the unit to unassign it.

 

Team Members

Lists any team members that are assigned to the contact. To add additional team members, click the Team Member button. To unassign a team member, click the micromenu to the right of the team member.

 

Agents

Lists any agents that are assigned to the contact. To add an agent, click the Agent button. To unassign an agent, click the micromenu to the right of the agent.

 

Relationships

Lists and categorizes any recorded relationship between contacts (other than agents and lawyers). For example, you might record that two contacts are spouses. Adding a relationship to one contact profile automatically adds a reciprocal relationship to the other contact’s profile. To record a relationship, click the Relationship button. To edit or remove a relationship, click the micromenu to the right of the relationship.

 

Groups

Lists all custom groups that the contact is a part of. To add the contact to a custom group, click the Group button. To remove a contact from a custom group, click the micromenu to the right of the group. Note: If a contact belongs to a smart group, it will not be listed in this section.

 

Lawyers Lists any lawyers that are assigned to the contact. To add a lawyer, click the Lawyer button. To unassign a lawyer, click the micromenu to the right of the lawyer.

 

 

Editing a Contact

To edit a contact, click the micromenu at the top right of the contact’s profile page and select Edit

Make the required changes to the contact’s rating, agent/legal tags, demographics, contact information, assignments, follow-up schedule etc. and click Update.
