Registration Sources
Company-level registration sources reflect the first registration source a contact receives and is independent of their current project-level registration source(s). Creating a new registration source at the project level automatically creates the same source at the company level (unless it already exists from a previous project), but adding a new registration source at the company level does not create the source in any projects.
Notes
By default, contact notes are only viewable in the project to which they were added, even if a contact exists in multiple projects in your company database.
If you would like to view contact notes for all projects that a contact is assigned to, begin on your company-level dashboard and go to Settings → Contacts, then navigate to the Notes tab.
Turn the Share notes across projects? toggle on and click Update to save your changes.
Contact notes from other projects are shared in a read-only state and cannot be modified except in their originating project.
Who can see shared notes?
Shared notes respect the viewer’s permissions for each project, so they will only see notes for projects for which the following conditions are met:
- The contact is associated with multiple projects
- The team member is assigned to the project
- The team member’s user role permissions allow them to view the contact on that project.
In the following example, the contact is associated with three projects: Spark Towers, Spark Place, and Spark Lofts:
