The contract list displays highly customizable information about contracts and can be filtered to target specific types of contracts so they can be easily viewed and managed.
To find the contract list, navigate to Menu → Contracts → List. The default list includes all contracts and displays each contract’s unit, primary purchaser, purchase price, accepted date, firm date and status. Additional information can be displayed by selecting the desired category using the column selection button in the far right of the column headers.
To search for a specific contract, use the search bar at the top of the page. Searchable information includes unit number, strata lot, or contact name.
You can also perform actions on any individual contract by clicking on the micromenu to the contract’s right and selecting one of the options: View, Send Email, Edit, Edit in Writer.

Filtering the Contract List
Use the filter sidebar to create a list of contracts meeting the specified criteria. Filter categories include statuses, tags, pricing, associations, dates, options & upgrades, discounts and unit details. For maximum versatility, multiple filters can be applied simultaneously to create an extremely targeted list of contracts.
Sending Emails from the Contract List
Transactional emails can be sent directly from the contract list, allowing you to efficiently send information to purchasers whose contracts meet defined dates. Click the micromenu at the top right of the page and select Send Email.
Select the type of date you wish to target from the drop down list, and then choose the desired date range. For example, your recipient list could be composed of contracts with a completion date occurring in the next month. Click Next to continue.
On the contract email page, enter a subject line and the name the email should appear to come from. Select the desired transactional email template from the dropdown list. Review the recipient contracts and click the checkmark to deselect any contracts you do not wish to email. Choose to send the emails to purchasers, their agents, or both and click Next.
Review the subject line, design (email template), and recipients. Click the pencil icon to the right to make any necessary changes. When you are ready, click Schedule to queue the email to send at a later date/time or click Send Email to send the email immediately. You can also send a test to yourself prior to sending the email to recipients if desired.
Downloading Files from the Contract List
If you need to download contract files, use the contract list to download files from multiple contracts at once. Select Download Files from the micromenu at the top right of the page, then choose which files you'd like to download. If you would like to include files from archived and rescinded contracts as well as active ones, use the toggle to switch this option on. When you are ready, click Send Files.
Spark will send you a link to download a zip file containing the files, grouped by unit. Links expire after 24 hours.
Note: only the team member requesting the download will be able to access the link for security reasons.
Exporting the Contract List
If your role’s permissions allow, you can export the contract list. Export all contracts, or narrow the focus by applying any necessary filters. Click the micromenu at the top of the page to the immediate right of the search bar and select Export.
Enter the email address(es) to send the export to and either select the appropriate custom export or choose which columns to export. When you have made the selections, click Send Export.
