Contract Status Settings

 

Contract statuses allow you to track contracts through the sales process and can be customized for your project. Navigate to Settings → Contracts and select the Statuses tab.

 

There are ten statuses that are automatically tracked and updated as the contract moves through the sales process. 

 

Status Description
Prepping

A contract is being prepared but has not yet been sent for signatures.

Pending

A contract that has been sent for signatures or has passed the sent date, but has not yet been signed by all purchasers.

Offer

A contract that has been signed by all purchasers or has passed the offer date, but has not yet been accepted by the countersigner.

In Rescission

A contract that has been signed by all parties or has passed the accepted date.

Firm

A contract that has passed the firm date.

Completed

A contract that has passed the completion date.

Not Accepted

A contract that was archived or not accepted.

Rescinded

A contract that has been canceled/rescinded.

Assigned

A contract that has been assigned to another purchaser.

Reassigned

An assigned contract that has been assigned to another purchaser.

 

To customize status names, click on the status and type the new name. You can also change the color associated with each by clicking the down arrow to the right of the rating and using the color picker.

 

When you have finished customizing the contract statuses, click Update to save your changes.
