General Contract Settings

 

The following can be adjusted in the Settings → Contracts → General tab:

 

Field Name Description
Vendor Acceptance Deadline

Choose whether or not to set a deadline for when the contract must be accepted by the Vendor and set the acceptance period, if applicable.

Date & Time Formatting

Set the date and time formatting to be used on your PDF contract documents. Ensure this formatting matches the formatting set in your DocuSign account.

Rescission Period

Choose whether or not to enforce a rescission period and set the period length, if applicable.

Editing Contract Purchase Price

Specify the minimum permission level to modify the purchase price on the contract level (by default, the purchase price is set to the inventory list price).

Multiple Contracts

Choose whether or not to permit multiple offers on the same unit.

 



Once the general settings have been established, click Update to save all changes.
