How to Merge Brokerages in Your Company Database

Before you begin

• Work at the company level—merging isn’t available in a project view.
• You can merge up to 10 brokerages at once.
• Make sure you have permission to edit brokerages.

Step-by-step

1. Open the company database
   From the project selector, choose your company name.

2. Go to Menu > Brokerages.

3. Find the brokerages to merge
   Use the search bar to locate each brokerage by name.

4. Select the brokerages
   Select the checkbox beside every brokerage you want to combine.

5. Start the merge
   Click Merge in the Mass Actions bar, then select Merge again.

6. Confirm the action
   When prompted, click Yes to proceed.

7. Choose which details to keep
   For each field—such as Name or Address—select the version you want to retain.
   All agents linked to these brokerages remain assigned.

8. Finish up
   Click Merge, then Confirm. Spark creates one brokerage profile with your chosen details.
