How to Use the Homeowner Feedback Feature (Juniper)

The 'Provide Feedback' feature allows homeowners to rate services once their service requests are resolved.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Access Property Settings

  • Go to ‘Properties’ and click the pencil icon to edit.

  • You can also edit a property once you’ve opened it, again, using the pencil icon to edit.

Step 2: Adjust Permissions

  • Scroll down to the 'Permissions' section and select the 'Provide Feedback' permission.

Step 3: Save Changes

  • Scroll back up and click 'Save Property' at the top-right corner of your screen.

Step 4: What Homeowners See

  • Homeowners will receive an automated notification whenever a service request is closed or resolved. 

  • Homeowners will be able to click ‘provide feedback’, which prompts them to login to Juniper and fill out the feedback for the individual service request.
  • Homeowners will rate on a scale of 1-5 stars and be able to provide additional details in the comments section.

Step 5: What Property Developers See

  • Once feedback is received from homeowners, you will be able to view this within the ‘Reporting’ section of Juniper.

  • Select the ‘Customer Feedback Report’ from the dropdown menu.
  • Select the property & date range.
  • Click ‘Generate Report’.
  • Once generated, you’ll be able to view all feedback at a quick glance and be able to ‘download report’ to view in a CSV file to share with internal stakeholders.
