Step 1: Edit Room Names
- Navigate to the suite and click the pencil icon to edit it.
- Scroll down to the ‘Rooms/Areas in Suite’ section.
- To rename a room, simply edit the room name text, scroll back up and click ‘Save’.
Step 2: Add New Rooms
- Locate the ‘Other’ room option and input the desired room name.
- Click the ‘+’ button to add the new room to the suite.
- Scroll up and click ‘Save’ to finalize the changes.
Step 3: Add Assets to Rooms
- After adding a new room, click the ‘Add Asset’ button at the top right.
- Select the desired asset from the Catalog to associate it with the room.
- If adding a new asset, create it in the Catalog first.
Step 4: Manage Existing Assets
- Edit an asset's title by clicking the pencil icon next to the item.
- Remove an item from a room using the trash icon.
- To delete an asset across all rooms, remove it from the Catalog, which will eliminate it entirely from the property.
