Product Feedback

We are always working to make Spark better, and we know that listening to you, our customers, is a vital part of this process.

We are always working to make Spark better, and we know that listening to you, our customers, is a vital part of this process.

Your feedback helps us to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, develop ideas for new features and optimizations and most importantly, prioritize which projects to invest in so that you see meaningful refinements and new features in the most efficient way possible.

How to give us your product feedback

If you’re in the Spark app, click the question mark icon toward the top right of the page to open the Resource Centre, then click Product Feedback

Product_Feedback_HR

Fill in the fields as appropriate and click Submit Request.

To see what other people have suggested, click the question mark icon toward the top right of the page, then click Product Feedback, then click Open in Portal.

Product_Feeback_Portal_HR

This will bring you to a new page where you can submit feedback, but you can also navigate to your feedback dashboard and see previous releases. Click Dashboard on the left to view others’ suggestions, and click on any particular suggestion to view more details. If you like the suggestion and want to see it implemented, click the thumbs up button. This will add you to the suggestion so you get updates when its status changes. The more people who vote for a suggestion, the more likely it is to be picked up by our product team.

If you’re wondering if your request has already been made, you can use the search bar at the top right to search for suggestions similar to yours.

To submit feedback from the Product Feedback dashboard, click Make a Suggestion

Make_A_Suggestion_HR

Fill in the fields as appropriate and click Submit request.

Make sure your feedback is clear and detailed. Tell us your idea, how it solves a pain point for you, and what your current workaround is. Since every real estate market has different conventions and each of our clients have different practices, the more context you can give us, the better.

Please also keep in mind that this is for requests for optimizations or new features; if you are experiencing a bug or need help with the existing product, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager or email support@spark.re.

What happens to your product feedback

Your request will move through the following stages:

Reviewed

All new suggestions are placed in the Reviewed category once they have had a preliminary review from our team. Other users can provide additional feedback and vote on requests in this category if they would also like us to implement the suggestion. This lets us collect more information about the request, gather use cases and gauge interest and value for each suggestion, which in turn helps us to determine which requests to prioritize. Suggestions will remain in this category until our product team decides whether or not to proceed with developing it.

Future Development/In Development

If our team decides to develop a request, it will move into the Future Development category and be added to our product roadmap. Once the team begins work on the feature or optimization, the request will move into the In Development category.

Released

Once the request is complete and live for you to use, it will be moved to the Released category.

Declined

Alternatively, if it is decided not to proceed with developing a request, it will be moved to the Declined category with a brief explanation of why the suggestion was declined.

Thank you for your feedback, understanding, and support as we work together to build the best product possible!
