Recording a Commission Payment on a Contract
Far from simply marking a commission as paid or not paid, Spark lets teams track when commissions are due, when they were paid and by what method, record any relevant notes and store an image of the payment.
To record a commission payment on a contract, navigate to the appropriate contract details page and scroll to the Commissions section. Click the micromenu to the right of the commission and then click View. Scroll to the Payments section and click Add Payment.
Enter the payment date, amount, method, status and any relevant notes. To upload an image of the payment, either drag and drop it to the Image section or click in the Image section to search your computer. When all of the information is entered, click Save Payment.
