Resending Completed Contract Documents
To resend completed contract documents, navigate to the appropriate contract details page and scroll to the Files section. Click the micromenu and select Send Documents. Use the toggles to select which documents to send, the recipients and whether to certify delivery. Sending the files with certified delivery allows you to track the delivery and ensure the file has been viewed – instead of attaching the files to the email, recipients are sent a link that they must click to view the documents in DocuSign.
Click Send to send the selected documents to the chosen recipients.
Note: Only completed documents may be sent in this manner. Files with in-process signatures are not available in the list of documents to re-send.
