Scheduling Walkthroughs (Juniper)

Sending Walkthrough Invitations

To send a walkthrough invitation for a given suite, navigate to the Walkthrough tab for that suite. Depending on your screen size and resolution, you may need to scroll to the right to find the tab:

Click Activate next to the Walkthrough you’d like to send the invitation for, then select the Guided Walkthrough option.

Choose Send Email to send the walkthrough scheduling (Calendly) link directly to the homeowner.


Scheduling Walkthroughs (as a Homeowner)


Once you send the invitation, homeowners will receive an email prompting them to login to Juniper and schedule their walkthrough. Homeowners can schedule their walkthrough as follows:

  1. Click on the Walkthrough tab.
  2. Click Schedule on the appropriate walkthrough.
  3. This will cause the Calendly event type to appear directly in Juniper.
  4. Select the preferred date and time and fill out any required information before continuing.
  5. Once scheduled, the walkthrough action will change to Begin with the date and time of the appointment underneath.

  • Create walkthroughs and click Send Email to schedule each walkthrough
  • Homeowners will schedule their appointments on Juniper and you will be notified when they are booked
  • Scheduled appointments will now appear in the Calendar feature


By following these steps, you will be able to schedule walkthroughs directly on the Juniper platform, allowing you to view walkthroughs in the Calendar and have more control over the scheduling process with your homeowners.
