Find your confirmation email - Look for an email from Spark (support@spark.re) with the subject “Confirmation instructions.” - Can’t see it? Check your Spam or Junk folder and mark the message as Not spam. ### 2. Confirm your account - Open the email and click **Confirm my account**. - The link opens a secure page where you’ll set your password. ### 3. Set your password and time zone - Enter a password with at least 12 characters In the *New password* field. - Re‑type the same password in the *Confirm password* field. - Choose your time zone from the drop‑down list.   Here are some password best practices to help you create a strong, secure password: - **Go long — 12 characters minimum** A longer password (or passphrase) is far harder to crack than a short, complex one. - **Use a passphrase** Four or five random words (e.g. MapleSyrupBicycleAurora) are easier to remember and tougher to guess than "P@ssw0rd!". - **Include variety** Mix upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. - **Keep it unique** Never reuse a password across different accounts. One breach shouldn’t unlock everything. - **Avoid personal details** Skip the name of the project you're working on, birthdays, pet names, or anything someone could find on social media. - **Store it safely** Use a reputable password manager instead of sticky notes or spreadsheets.   ### 4. Sign in to Spark - Click the **Confirm Account** button. - You’re now signed in. Next time, log in with your email and new password at [app.spark.re](http://app.spark.re). Questions?
